Nutrition for Side Effects

We know that food plays a big part of how we feel every day. Fighting cancer plays an even bigger part! Sometimes the side effects of cancer take over and can really effect how we feel.  Some of these side effects include fatigue, nausea, constipation, and dry mouth. Did you know that certain foods can naturaly help with some of these side effects? Our friends at My Pearlpoint have put together a list of how to manage side effects and what foods will help to subside them.

Here is a sample of foods to choose or avoid if you have diarrhea.
