How do you help with symptom management?

Cancer Rehabilitation Centers understands the symptoms that are related to cancer treatment such as fatigue, decreased range of motion, loss of balance, numbness & tingling, neuropathy, and more. Our customized plans focus on minimizing your symptoms and improving your quality of life.

 

How do you help to speed up recovery time?

Every patient’s recovery period varies based on a variety of circumstances. Our goal at CRC is to help you improve your quality of life during your recovery and help you to achieve your personal goals that get you back to your day-to-day routine.

 

How can you help me identify and reach my personal goals?

Every patient at CRC receives a full assessment by a Physical Therapist. During your assessment we will be able to identify your past capabilities, your current ability level and most importantly, what your personal goals are. Our staff will create a customized plan of care that help you reach those goals.

 

What is your environment like?

Cancer Rehabilitation Centers provides a clean, safe and friendly environment. Our center is exclusively for cancer patients. You will be in the company of trained professionals, a friendly staff, and other patients diagnosed with cancer. You’ll never have to worry about unavailable equipment, strangers passing through the facility, or the cleanliness of the center. Our equipment is cleaned after every patient, every time!

 

Do you accept Health Insurance? Which One’s?

Yes. Cancer Rehabilitation Centers accepts a variety of insurance plans (listed below). If your insurance provider is not on the list, please contact us and we’d be happy to check for you.

How do you handle HIPPA laws in your facility?

CRC abides by all HIPPA laws and takes our patients privacy seriously.

 

HIPAA is the acronym for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act that was passed by Congress in 1996.  HIPAA does the following:

  • Provides the ability to transfer and continue health insurance coverage for millions of American workers and their families when they change or lose their jobs;
  • Reduces health care fraud and abuse;
  • Mandates industry-wide standards for health care information on electronic billing and other processes; and
  • Requires the protection and confidential handling of protected health information

 

Do you help with a wide range of patients or specifically with cancer survivors?

Cancer Rehabilitation Centers exclusively serves cancer patients.

 

Do you offer other services such as meal plan or dietitian?

Cancer Rehabilitation Centers does not offer dietitian services, but would be happy to recommend you to some of our trusted partners that are trained to handle patients diagnosed with cancer.

 

Cancer Rehabilitation Centers and some of it’s staff members offer a variety of classes & services not included in your treatment plan.
